Goal

Personal coaching aims at strengthening personal effectiveness by expanding insight in own behaviour. This is done mainly by aiding the removal of limitations of personal effectiveness. The increased insight in oneself teaches the participant to bring the desired skills into practice at the right moment and the right time in daily work.

Existing behaviour is combined with new, effective behaviour, where the AC&T coach stimulates the participant to work independently with the insights and solutions as much as possible. In practice this leads to structural effect. Often insights from an assessment are the starting point for this coaching.

Result

Results of personal coaching are coherent with more insight, effectiveness, and satisfaction in work. After the coaching course the participant achieves:

  • Profound insight in own attributes and pitfalls
  • More inner peace and dosed energy
  • Recognition of old behavioral patterns and, if needed, released
  • A broader behavioral repertoire
  • Own direction of choices

Approach

Coaching courses of AC&T are characterised by a personal approach, specific goals, intermediate discussion and coordination of learning needs, work atmosphere and environment of the participant.

In advance specific development goals and a timeline are agreed upon. During the course intermediate evaluations with the participant, originator and coach take place to guarantee progress and effective learning.

The first step is working on conciousness of behaviour, personality and convictions. Next is changing the limitating convictions. With practice and exercises, practical application is stimulated so personal developments are achieved in practice. The behavioral repertoire is expanded.

This approach is effective and distinctive due to the combination of personal guidance, assessment and different working methods.
